The first step in setting up the BugReplay Jira integration is adding BugReplay to your Application links in your Jira project. In most cases, this initial process can only be completed by your Jira administrator. Instructions can be found here.
Once that initial process is complete, you can easily add the Jira integration to your BugReplay account:
Instructions for integrating with BugReplay
1. Log in to your BugReplay account at https://app.bugreplay.com/
2. Click on the hamburger icon on the top left corner to open the sidebar.
3. Select "Integrations":
4. Next to Jira, click the "Add" button. You will then see this screen to complete the integration:
-Jira Server URL. This is the URL you use to reach your Jira project. If your Jira server is hosted by Atlassian, it will look something like: https://companyname.atlassian.net.
-If you want everyone on your Jira team to be able to view the reports without creating a BugReplay account, select the appropriate box.
WARNING: If you make BugReplay reports viewable to those without a BugReplay account, the links will be publicly accessible. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE LINKS VIEWABLE FOR THOSE WITHOUT A BUGREPLAY ACCOUNT IF SUCH REPORTS WILL CONTAIN SENSITIVE INFORMATION.
5. Click the "Save" button. You will be redirected to your Jira server, to allow BugReplay access. Click the "Allow" button:
The Jira integration is now complete.
When you create reports using the BugReplay extension, you will now have the option to create Jira tickets directly from the extension.
