This article explains how to add Jira to your BugReplay account for the first time. Once your Jira server has been added to BugReplay, you will be able to send BugReplay tickets directly to Jira.
(Please note that Jira has group permissions, global permissions, and site admin permissions. In most cases, only your Jira administrator will have sufficient permissions to complete this initial process. This process will only need to be completed a single time. Once your Jira administration has configured Jira to work with BugReplay, you will be able to easily add the BugReplay integration to your account by follow the directions here.)
