File issues on JIRA directly through BugReplay.
This article explains how to add Jira to your BugReplay team for the first time. If Jira has already been integrated for your team, you can follow these simple instructions to authenticate your jira user into BugReplay.
Once your JIRA server has been added to BugReplay, users on your BugReplay team will be able to add BugReplay tickets directly to JIRA via this process.
Instructions for JIRA Server
If you host your own JIRA server, you must first install our JIRA plugin. Upon installation, your JIRA server is now ready to connect to BugReplay. You can now proceed with adding your JIRA account on our 'Notifications & Integrations' page.
JIRA is now setup for your user. Other users on your team that want to add tickets to JIRA will have to connect their JIRA user to BugReplay on the 'Notifications and Integrations' page as well.
When you create BugReplay tickets, additional JIRA settings will now be accessible, such as Project, issue type, priority and the ability to assign the ticket to a JIRA user.
